Have I gone crazy? I thought the bonus song was worth 250 points, and the question of the day 100 points. I wrote to Kelowna Vincent and she(I think)informed me the song of the day was ALWAYS 100 points. This is the first week I have only got 100 points for the song of the day.
Anyone else?
Hey Moody, you are not alone. I got 100 points for song of the day as well. But to correct you, usually the song of the day on this station is 200 points, not 250.
Subsequently, I am trying to answer the trivia question at 10:40 p.m. and it says to check back tomorrow as there's none for today.
Weird you say? How about this, I recently bidded and won an item in the daily auction. I printed the advertisement that showed all of the items to be included in the gift basket. When I picked it up, to my surprise the items in the basket were different to what was listed on the website at the time of bidding. Spooky? Or are we advertising one way and delivering another?
Nitcho - I think you are right about the 200 points. I just know it was never 100 pts. as I was informed. The new people working on the rewards don't seem to know what's going on.
I would have a big problem with picking up a prize, and it was not what it was supposed to be. Did you let them know?
