I have not been able to get into my account since 10:30 last night, it's now 7:45 Sunday evening. I have written to rewards, they will extend the codes, but we are out of luck on the miniputt, unless it's completely resolved before midnight! Some people seem to have been able to access their accounts and others, like myself have not. That's very confusing to me. I missed the time frame to buy ballots too, unless the extend that too. Hmmm....should I bother poor Cristina again?
To Moody: Yes, you should bother Cristina again. It would not be equitable should some EZ Rewards Listeners be able to cast ballots when others could not.
To Out of the Blue: Thanks for your encouragement, I think I will write her again, I'm always a pain in the butt anyway. Maybe I'll suggest a special bonus code for 5000 points for our collective headaches this weekend! LOL!! :)
I sent Cristina a message earlier today and she replied that the problem has been resolved and I should just keep trying to access my account later tonight or tomorrow as the bonus codes would be honoured, well I'm still trying and cannot access as of yet. Neither can my daughter.
